So I decided top reinstall ATK package and Smart touch to the latest versions. However after doing so my touchpad could no longer turn on. Doing so allowed me to be able to disable my touchpad.

So then I decided to update to the latest ATK package. This began when I first noticed that after the update to win 10, my touchpad could not be temporarily disabled by pressing fn + f9. I use a G56JR and my touchpad suddenly stopped working after updating to windows 10.
